About Me
Receiving both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Chapman University has prepared me for the amazing field of work in therapy. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.

For several years, I have had the privilege of providing therapy to clients in multiple clinical settings, including extensive experience with treating individuals and families dealing with eating disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, divorce, stress management, life transitions, etc.
I take an eclectic approach in treating the individuals and families that I work with. Incorporating a variety of therapeutic methods and philosophies allows me the flexibility to create an ideal treatment plan that is tailored to address your specific needs.
